These terms relate to this website and its enquiry forms. They are not a subscription agreement or the terms for using a workshop application.
2. Development and early access
OPTIC is in development. Joining the email list is free and creates no subscription, payment obligation or obligation to purchase. Closed-trial places are extremely limited. Registration does not guarantee an invitation, a particular feature or a launch date.
If we invite your workshop to a trial, we will provide its scope, conditions and relevant privacy information before you decide whether to participate. Any future charges require a separate agreement.
3. Product examples
The phone screens, inspection photographs, vehicle details, measurements, notes and messages on the website are illustrative examples. Demo buttons open sample explanations; they do not save inspection records, upload evidence, send messages or approve repairs.
The example measurements are not calculated from the photographs. Repair examples are not advice about your vehicle and do not replace inspection by a qualified automotive professional. The intended OPTIC workflow requires a service advisor to check and approve any AI-prepared explanation against the technician’s evidence.
4. Enquiries and acceptable use
Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorised to share. Do not submit customer records, sensitive information, unlawful content or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not misuse the forms, send spam, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access.
We may limit or block abusive requests to protect the service. A successful submission confirms that your enquiry has been recorded; it does not confirm admission to a trial.
5. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website enquiries and early-access information. We contact you within the permission you give us. You can leave the early-access list by emailing us.
6. Website content and availability
Rights in the website, OPTIC branding and supplied materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may view the website and share links to it. Please contact us before reproducing its branding or materials beyond uses allowed by law.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content and proposed features may change and outages can occur. We do not promise a particular revenue increase, repair-approval rate or business result. External websites linked here are operated by their respective providers.
7. Your rights and concerns
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a consumer guarantee or another right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law. We remain responsible for our applicable legal obligations.
Australian law applies, subject to mandatory rights. Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you exercising a legal right or seeking an urgent remedy. We may update these website terms and will show the revised date above; changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
